Dictation practice and馃悶Invertebrates 馃
Good morning kids,
How was your weekend?
How was your weekend?
We are going to start doing a dictation. Can you go to Homeschooling page (remember it's the page before Unit 4), study the words and their spelling for 5 minutes? Then go to page 128 and click on the dictation and write the words. You can repeat the audio as much as you need. When you finish, take a green crayon and correct yourselves.
馃攬
Here you have the audio again, just in case you weren´t able to hear it.

Natural Science
Today we are are going to introduce invertebrates animals. Do you remember what is the mean difference between vertebrates and invertebrates animals?
Very good! Invertebrates haven't got an internal skeleton or backbone.
Insects are the biggest group of invertebrates and we are going to learn an important fact about them:
- All insects have got a head, 6 legs and 2 antennae. Some of them have got wings, but not all.
Take your Natural Science book and open it on pages 48 - 49. Read the information and complete the activities 1, 2, 3 and 4.
To do the activity number one, you can follow this model:
馃 This is a butterfly. It's an insect because it has got a head, six legs and two antennae. It also has got two wings. It can fly and it is oviparous.
Let's finish with another brain break. At this time you are going to master the power of spidey senses with a mini yoga session.
